Shipping

For all goods in stock, the normal lead time for delivery is 1-3 working days, excluding Holidays.

If we're out of stock or if it's a custom-made engraving, it might take a little longer.

We use DHL for shipping. We do not accept any financial responsibility for the events or delays caused by the freight company.

All packages are insured for damage and/or loss. If you discover damages on the package - PLEASE do not accept and sign for the package. You, as the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with DHL for the damaged and/or lost shipment. If you don't discover the damage before having opened the package and it's obvious that the damage is caused by the shipping company's handling, you also have to contact them and file claims.

If it comes to a situation with the shipping company that can't be resolved, you then get in touch with us. You also get in touch with us, if any damage or problem is obviously caused by us.

If you have ordered goods and don't pick them up or are not available for delivery, so that the shipment is returned to us, we will invoice you 35 euros for our work with shipping and handling of the goods.

Shipping cost for each order is calculated based on the actual weight - this is done automatically in the webshop and the total cost will show up when you go to see your cart.

Private customers: for any order exceeding a total value of 100 euros, the order will be shipped free of charge.

Business customers: for any order exceeding a total value of 450 euros, the order will be shipped free of charge.

Returns

We follow the laws recommended by The Swedish Consumer Agency. They guarantee your right to a refund and the right to withdraw an order for no specific reason, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in when you received them. The goods should not have been damaged, soiled, altered, or used. All packages and labels should be intact.

We do however require notification about this return as soon as possible, by the latest 14 days after you have received the goods.
You always have a 1-year guarantee on the products you buy. If you can show us and reasonably argue that there are production defaults, you get a new product in exchange for the faulty product. The guarantee can however not be claimed for wear damages. Please contact us in case of a claim or return, by email to info@partsbysweden.se

You will however have to pay the return freight charge yourself and will be charged for the shipping of your new item, in case of an exchange if it is not by any fault of us.
